The Portugal’s Football Federation announced in a statement on Tuesday that Cristiano Ronaldo has tested positive for COVID-19.

The rest of the Portuguese squad have tested negative. This means the 35-years-old will miss Wednesday’s UEFA Nations League game against Sweden.

According to reports, he is currently not showing any symptoms but he has been placed in isolation.

How does this affect Juventus? There is doubt on whether he will appear for their next Serie A and opening of Champions League group stage in the coming days.
